The High School clinic series will consist of a weekly 2-hour training session over a four-week period of time. This clinic is open to high school aged setters that are looking for in-depth training at the setting position. Each session is designed to teach the technical and tactical aspects of setting and will have a portion of each session dedicated to introduction and re-introduction of the fundamentals of each skill serving as an opportunity for new concepts to be learned by setters new to the clinic and mastery opportunity for returning athletes. Each session will have multiple coaches to assure quality of individual training as well as maximum repetitions for each athlete.
Sundays from 2:00-4:00pm
The 7th and 8th grade clinic series is a weekly 2-hour training session geared towards athletes ranging in ages from 5th grade to 8th grade. It is designed to serve as a foundational training opportunity to not just teach the technical and tactical skills of setting but also put emphasis on training the movement patterns required to master each skill. Footwork, hand training, balance, and location will be the primary focus of each session while adding in other elements of the setting position to keep the athletes engaged and begin the process of learning new concepts through introduction while training and mastering a consistent skill set.
